We (KW Experts AC Services) provide air conditioning maintenance and repair services in Kuwait according to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Description

We provide a comprehensive range of AC services including:

  • Regular Maintenance: Cleaning, inspection, and AC maintenance
  • Repairs: Fixing faults and technical problems
  • Installation: Installing new AC systems
  • Parts Replacement: Replacing damaged parts with genuine components
  • Emergency Service: Urgent repair service when needed
  • Consultations: Providing specialized technical advice

3. Pricing and Payment

Basic Pricing Table:

Cleaning & Maintenance 15-25 KD Depending on AC type
Gas Refill 20-35 KD Depending on gas type and quantity
Split AC Installation 35-50 KD Without additional piping

Payment Terms:

  • Cash payment upon completion of work
  • For large projects: 50% advance payment required
  • Parts cost is additional to service fees
  • Emergency service carries additional charge
  • Prices may vary based on complexity and location

4. Service Appointments

  • Scheduling: Appointments scheduled via WhatsApp or phone
  • Confirmation: We will confirm appointment time and date
  • Punctuality: We aim to arrive within agreed time window
  • Access: Customer must provide access to AC units
  • Cancellation: 24-hour notice required for cancellations

5. Warranty and Guarantees

Our Warranty Promise:

  • Service Warranty: 30 days on all repair work
  • Parts Warranty: As per manufacturer specifications
  • Installation Warranty: 90 days on new installations
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our work

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by customer misuse or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from power surges or electrical issues
  • Modifications made by unauthorized persons

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access: Provide safe and clear access to AC units
  • Information: Provide accurate information about the problem
  • Safety: Ensure safe working environment
  • Payment: Make payment as agreed upon completion
  • Communication: Respond promptly to our communications

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided

    • Customer Cancellation: 24-hour notice required
    • Late Cancellation: May incur visit charge
    • No-Show: Full visit fee applies
    • Weather Cancellation: Services may be postponed for safety
    • Rescheduling: Free rescheduling with adequate notice

    10. Quality Standards

    • All work performed by qualified technicians
    • Use of genuine parts when available
    • Adherence to manufacturer specifications
    • Clean work environment maintenance
    • Professional conduct at all times

    11. Dispute Resolution

    • First Contact: Contact us directly to resolve issues
    • Good Faith: We commit to good faith resolution attempts
    • Mediation: Willing to engage in mediation if needed
    • Jurisdiction: Kuwaiti courts have jurisdiction
    • Language: Disputes may be conducted in Arabic or English
